Terms and Conditions

• If you are not on the guest list, zoom details will not be shared with you. This event starts at 6:00 pm and ends at 8:00 pm. We request you to
  come on zoom call on time so that you have a chance to introduce yourself and to get to know everyone on the call.
• You must be legally single & NOT in a relationship to join our events.
• At the registration desk, you will need to register
• Full payment will be collected in advance before the event.
• We try our best to maintain a balanced ratio of men and women, and request you to inform us in case you have a change of plans.
• Please be respectful of everyone in the chat room. We suggest exchanging email/Facebook IDs before phone numbers.
• If someone asks us for your contact information after the event, we will share your email ID with them unless you’ve specifically asked us not to.
• Please refrain from using the events to promote your business.
• The fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used for a
  future event.
• No shows” will not be tolerated. Failure to attend an event without prior notice (48 hours), or a courtesy message, may result in a strike, or
  suspended membership. Event tickets are limited and committing a “no show” leads to disappointment for the rest of the attendees who were
  looking forward to meeting you. In addition, another member could have attended the event in your place. A courtesy phone call or SMS is requested if your plans change last minute.
• The Total Fee is Non-Refundable & Non-Negotiable.
• The fees are uniform for ALL. No special requests will be entertained.
• The service has been designed as an offering to be able to provide you with a holistic experience. Should you wish to not avail of a particular
  component of the offering, there will be no reduction in fees.
• Heart & Soul will not be held responsible for any false or misleading information provided by members. Any member intentionally providing
  false or misleading information will be banned from further participation.
• Heart & Soul is not responsible for what takes place outside of the events or 1-on-1 meetings.
• Our familiarity with our members is limited to information provided on the registration form, and our brief interactions with them, and are by
  no means character references.
• We encourage members to take the time to get to know each other before making any commitment.
• If you have a complaint about the behavior of our members during events or 1-on-1 meetings, we encourage you to inform one of our team members.
• Strict Action will taken against members indulging in the following activities once the party gets over –
  – Posting hurtful, nasty or humiliating rumors or comments about an individual on Social Media and Internet
  – Publishing an embarrassing or nasty photo or video on Social Media and Internet
  – Creating a fake or nasty webpage/ Whatsapp group/ Social media forum / Facebook Group about another individual
  – Faking an identity online to ask for or post personal or fake information about someone

Code of Conduct for Heart and Soul Matchmaking:

• By becoming a client of Heart and Soul, you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for your interactions with others or for the behavior and interactions of the individuals we introduce you to. You agree to adhere to the following code of conduct while engaging with Heart and Soul’s services. Please be aware that if you violate any of these rules, we may take necessary actions, including terminating your membership at our discretion without issuing a refund.
• Do not engage in harassment or actions that cause inconvenience, distress, fear, anxiety, or physical harm to any person introduced to you by us or any employee or agent of Heart and Soul.
• Refrain from behaving in an abusive, rude, threatening, obscene, harassing, offensive, sexist, discriminatory, or racist manner towards any member introduced to you by us or any Heart and Soul or member or agent.
• Respect the privacy rights of all Heart and Soul members, employees, or agents. This includes not forwarding, distributing, or displaying emails, social media communications, recorded video chats, WhatsApp messages, photos, personal data, or profiles without proper consent. Avoid making negative statements about Heart and Soul to any third party, whether verbally or in writing.
• Do not promote or appear to promote your own products or services to any Heart and Soul clients or employees of Heart and Soul or agents of the company.
• Never impersonate another person or provide false identification or records with the intention of misleading any Heart and Soul staff member.
• Ensure that you have proper permission from the rightful owner before providing us with any photographs or materials that belong to a third party.
• Avoid any actions that restrict or hinder the use and enjoyment of Heart and Soul’s services by others. Do not engage in any activities that intentionally or recklessly harm the reputation of the company, its subsidiaries, or any member introduced to you.
• Please adhere to these guidelines to maintain a respectful and positive environment within our matchmaking community.

Intellectual Property

• The brand names, slogans, company and business names, pending trademarks, service marks, designs, and logos used on the website,
  including without limitation Heart and Soul business name and logo, are the trademarks of Heart and Soul.
• You further agree not to use any domain name, pending trademarks, trade name, service mark, logo, or other materials confusingly similar to the trademarks without our prior written consent.
• All information and materials published, transmitted, or otherwise available on the website or through the provision of our services are
  protected by copyright or trademarked (as applicable), and owned or controlled by Heart and Soul.

You shall abide by all copyright and trademark notices, limitations, and restrictions applicable to Heart and Soul. Without limiting the
foregoing, no content owned by us may be copied, reproduced, republished, reused, uploaded, downloaded, posted, or transmitted, other than through the website or the provision of our services in accordance with its intended use.


Disclaimer (Photos & Videos)

Heart and Soul reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any our events without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Heart and Soul may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Heart and Soul including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
 
To ensure the privacy of individuals and images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed client.
A person attending a Heart and Soul event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact Heart and Soul at info@heartandsoulevents.in, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. Heart and Soul will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.
 
By participating in a Heart and Soul event or by failing to notify event organizer , in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by Heart and Soul, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Heart and Soul from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
 
Any person or organization not affiliated with Heart and Soul may not use, copy, alter or modify Heart and soul photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Heart and Soul.
