This workshop will give you some tips on how to add the confidence that helps you feel like you are in control.

 

At the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

• Describe what confidence means
• Distinguish between confidence and cockiness
• Identify the four keys to boosting your confidence
• Describe how to overcome fear of failure
• Identify alternative ways to view “failure”
• Describe how to get control of your stressors
• Describe how to use assertive communication
• Differentiate between assertiveness and aggressiveness
• Describe how to tell people what’s on your mind without damaging relationships
• Identify how clear goals can boost your confidence

About Neha:

Neha has a Master’s Degree in Developmental and Career Counseling from SNDT Women’s University, Churchgate. She is also a certified counselor and practices Humanistic and Cognitive-Behavioral approaches of counseling. She enables her clients to deal with their various interpersonal, intrapersonal and emotional issues so as to attain better psychological health. Her focus areas include marital/relationship counseling, handling workplace issues, stress, parental counseling, career counseling and more.

Neha has a passion for empowering people, and has successfully trained psychologists, HR personnel and psychology students in counseling, communication and life skills. She has also done extensive work with different organizations conducting workshops on several topics for employees, providing one on one counseling and psychometric testing.

 

Her core strength lies in her ability to empathize & respond to people’s needs. Her vivacious personality and cheerful demeanor allows her to instantly connect with her audience.

TIME :  6 to 8:30 pm

FEES:

• EARLY BIRD RATE:Rs 1,500 includes tea/coffee and sandwiches
• REGULAR RATE: Rs 2,000 includes tea/coffee and sandwiches
• Early bird rates apply – if payments are made before 22nd September
• Regular Rates apply - if payments are made 22nd September onwards

All new attendees are required to fill out the registration form and undergo a brief phone interview. The venue and payment details will be disclosed post successfully undergoing the screening process.
